Note :

1.       Warranty procedures and policies vary with manufacturer .please consult your product manufacturer’s website for more, information on updates and issues.

2.       All equipment once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

3.       The original invoice is required to claim the warranty.

4.       The actual manufacturer such as Compaq, Toshiba, dell, ibm, Acer, hp and fujitsu etc .cover the warranties of all notebooks offered by Technomart respectively.

5.       Technomart act as a reseller and so cannot be held responsible for the warranty claims what so ever at anytime.

6.       Warranty period’s starts from the date of invoice and will be covered to the date of expiry. Strictly no hand to hand replacement.

7.       If a warranty claim is made at a time when the same product is no more available, the costumer will be required to to pay a difference amount for the present available product model.

8.       Technomart offers 6 months warranty on new notebooks. No warranty on used hard driver

9.       There is no warranty on ac adapter, Hard drives bad sectors, virus, battery, battery backup time as per all major manufacture international warranty claims policies .

10.   Warranty may become VOID in case any tampering with the machine is done by unauthorized personnel.

11.   Prices are ex-stock and subject to change without prior notice.

12.   No warranty of used notebooks and accessories.

13.   All warranty claims are sorted out usually within first 10-12 working days. Outbound warranties take a longer period of time since  they need to be claimed from the nearest location such as Singapore ,Dubai, Taiwan or u.s.a.

14.   All payments to be made in cash.If paying cheque draft pay order payable to TECHNOMART. In case of any cheque bounce Rs:500 will be charged as a penalty /bank charges and to be payable in cash.

15.   Warranty department is closed on Saturday.

16.   No warranty is accepted or delivered on Sunday/Saturday.
